Danielle Walpole’s new work, 'Details', is a sort of game; she selects and represents pivotal poetic moments and through metaphor and metonymy invites us to uncover a range of metaphysical possibilities. In these images she orchestrates ambiguous stories by representing only the shadows that they cast upon the fertile soil of her viewer’s imagination.
