This exhibition presents selected works from his ongoing Long Shots series, where he investigates long-exposure blurred imagery. Since 2006, he has conducted experiments in cities and rural environments around Australia, mostly at dawn, dusk and the dead of night. Each image is created 'in the lens' through improvised choreographies of camera, body and landscape. The result is atmospheric, abstracted and ‘beyond’; landscape and gesture that are strangely familiar yet alien, and as painterly as they are photographic.
