'I know you're out there' by Terry Young

This small body of work has simple intentions. Its aim is to explore the sensual pleasures of light, form, texture and color. It starts with an attempt at finding beauty by photographically examining a selection of imitation flowers in black and white. Then, with the addition of selectively applied paint, the surfaces of both the image and the print are brought into contrast.
