The silhouette is a form that is compressed in all three-dimensional objects. This series of images relates specific silhouettes of people, which can be visually explored through photography’s two-dimensional representation of our three dimensional world. By extracting visual information that is used to associate an identity, a new form is created that conveys a more metaphorical dimension to human behaviour and movement.
