Cal Mackinnon

Cal MacKinnon has been a practising artist for nine years with solo exhibitions including The Victorian Arts Centre, Stills Gallery, Gold Coast Arts Centre and Lismore and Grafton regional Art Galleries, her work is held in collections such as The Melbourne Performing arts Museum, Tweed Regional art gallery, Lismore Regional Art Gallery, and Private International collections.

Throughout all my work I explore themes of tradition, occupation of space, desire, hope, the ordinary and the sacred. Often using fragments of text and metaphor, colour and texture I aim to engage the imagination.
