After four years at our well-loved warehouse premises on Oxford Street, Bulimba; the QCP relocated at the beginning of 2009 to its new purpose built premises at South Bank in the centre of Brisbane’s cultural precinct. Architects Allan Jack+Cottier designed the new 220 Sqm exhibition complex and bookshop located on the corner of Cordelia and Russell Streets, South Brisbane. The complex is comprised of four exhibitions spaces as well as video projection facilities.

Partnerships with the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland and PIMCO ensure that the QCP will continue to deliver high quality outcomes for audiences and practitioners with an exciting program of exhibitions, seminars, publications and the statewide biennial Queensland Festival of Photography (coming up in April 2012).
