Mission: to promote Queensland photographic art practice through an umbrella organization that brings together institutions, artists, practitioners, galleries, curators, publishers and the photographic industry, creating and coordinating events that simulate a dynamic interaction in the photographic art environment while enhancing the level of professional practice.

Strategy: to create a board membership to support events such as exhibitions, conferences, workshops and seminars developing instruments for promotion such as publications, catalogues, web publications, lecturing material, advising and an electronic newsletter targeting audiences locally and internationally.
